Runners run local races and receive points. Add up your points throughout the year for a friendly competition against other runners. There is a banquet at the end of the year to celebrate all runners' accomplishments.

What to expect:

• No Registration needed, just show up to the listed races and you are in!!
• Total points accumulated from all the races determine the Grand Prix Series Champion.
• If you place in an event in the overall or age group category you will not be eligible for the 5 points for finishing. The 5 points for finishing are for those who do not place overall or top 5 in an age group.
• Runners will only be able to win one award at the end of the year banquet (example: if you win the overall masters male award you will not be eligible for an age group award).
• Age for age group awards will be based on age by the last race in the series 12/31/26.
• There will be an awards banquet at the end of the year. Time and Date listed at bottom of page.
• You must take place in at least 3 races to be eligible for any prize.

5K / 10K Points

• Finishing: 5 Points

• Overall Winners ( Masters Male & Masters Female):

15K / Half-Marathon Points

• Finishing: 10 Points

  • Approximate time schedule:
    • 5:00: Welcoming and handing out door prize tickets
    • 5:15-5:45: Dinner
    • 5:45-6:00: Running Trivia Game sponsored by Fleet Feet
    • 6:00-6:15: Grand Prix Awards
    • 6:15-6:30: Door Prizes and Raffle drawing
• Where: Greenwood Baptist Church 2401 Clauseen Rd, Florence, SC 29505
• What to wear: Come dressed comfortable. It is not formal or semi-formal
• Who can come: Anyone is invited.
• What is being served (Food and Beverage are Free):
  • Chicken Bog,Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti, Meatballs, Mini subs, Kings Hawaiian Rolls, Spring Mix Salad, Broccoli Salad, Fresh Fruit, Vegetable Tray, Cheese Tray, Cookies and Cake for desert
  • To drink we will have water, sweet tea, coke and diet coke (feel free to bring anything else that you like to drink)
• Door Prizes Available (Free ticket for coming) Raffle prizes are available to anyone who ran at least one grand prix event.
